Thanks very much. IrfanView worked just fine. Since Big_Al was kind enough to
respond also, I'm going to try IcoFX also.

Thank you. As you may have seen in my reply to Stubbo of Oz, I tried
IrfanView and it worked fine. I'll be trying IcoFX next.

There are a dozen (figuratively) editors that you can use. It will
turn out to be the one with the best 'feel' that you like best. Have fun.
