Changing Serial port using script

Hello all,

I need help to create one script to change a serial port from COMX to COMY.

The problem is that I have new machines arriving with vPro AMT and after
install WinXP the device is recognized and uses the COM3 serial port. We have
an application that uses COM3, so I am looking to create an script or any
idea to change Intel AMT from COM3 to COM5 or any other.

Any idea ?
