Event Viewer Error Message - Windows cannot query DllName registryentry

Hi Group,

I have created a new Windows XP Embedded image and I have discovered
that an error is being logged to the event log.

"Windows cannot query DllName registry entry for
{c6dc5466-785a-11d2-84d0-00c04fb169f7} and it will not be loaded. This
is most
likely caused by a faulty registration."

I have google the c6dc5466-785a-11d2-84d0-00c04fb169f7 and it is
related to Group Policy- I think.

I have create a very basic image (to minimise disk space) and I do not
believe I installed the any group policy components.

Does anyone know what component I am missing or what is causing this
error message?

Try adding Software Installation Group Policy Extension & MMC to your
image,

How do you work out which component is missing - without trail and
error?
