Adding components to deployed system
Hello,

Is there any way how to add individual components to deployed system? I mean some tool which generates script or executable for adding component for deployed system.

There is dirty way by manual copying files, creating registry keys and finding dependencies, but i dont want to use this method until i really don't have to.

I cannot afford to build completely new image and resotore it on target devices because there are houndreds of it.

Thanks for any advice

DUA? http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms912885.aspx

There are more technologies available for servicing XPe devices: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa460104.aspx

Re: Adding components to deployed system
As "components" I meant components from component database used in target designer.

The problem is, that I can only make new whole image, but not some update package for deployed system.
