screen saver
I've used Sean's Full XP Pro component but don't want to have a screen saver.
In the Full XP Pro 2007 - User Interface settings I unchecked the 'Screen
Savers' and the 'Shell Screen Saver Registry Data' and removed them from the
design. But when I do the dependency check, they get put back in. I used
the ConfigurationExplorer and can't find anything else they're dependent on.
I thought that was the purpose of the checkboxes in the Full XP Pro 2007
components? How do I keep these from being installed or at least how do I
disable the screen saver via the Target Designer? Thanks!

What say the dependency check log to this?
Similary to this in the logs?
Info 106: Adding component: "Screen Savers [Version 5.1.2600.2180,
R2890]", origin: "XXX [Version XXX, XXX]"
Info 101: Initializing new component: "Screen Savers [Version
5.1.2600.2180, R2890]"

Re: screen saver
Not sure what you were trying to tell me? If I don't have them checked in Sean's
component then why are they still being brought back in?

Re: screen saver
You have a log for the dependency check in the target desinger. Search
with the string "Screen Savers" in this log to check the dependency for
the component Screen Saver ...

Re: screen saver
Ahhh, I see what you were saying. I looked at that and just didn't realize what it
was telling me. I see on closer inspection that it's because of Shell Application
Compatibility. Thanks for the help!
