Automatic install usb device

Hi, normal in wxp if I plug usb device (in this case ftdi controller) to usb
port, window for install driver for new hardware appears, but in wxp embedded
no. So I cannot install this device in my xp embedded system.
Is any way to do it please?

Do you have the Add Hardware Control Panel component in the image?
