XPE Files - unable to join.
Hello,

I have been away from XP embedded for a while, and am trying to get
some intel components from XPEfiles.com

I am unable to join or login at all.

PROBLEMS TRYING TO JOIN:
Hovering mouse over the join button puts following in the status line:
javascript:Webform_DoPostBackWithOptions(new
WebForm_PostBackOptions("ctl100$bcr
$ctl01$ctl100$CreateAccount","",true,"","",false,t rue))

However clicking on the button does nothing.

I also notice that this page has an error Telligent_Modal is not
defined" (CreateUser.aspx (line332)

TRIED PASSWORD RESET:
I tried a password reset for my email - no acknowledgment - not even
an acknowledgement that no account exists for that email.

TRIED POSTING TO XPEfiles PROBLEMS forum:
Can't post because I can't log in...
Cannot find any kind of "contact us" link on the site...

Can anybody confirm this or help me?

Thanks

Steve S

Re: XPE Files - unable to join.
Hi steves. Unfortunately, XPEFiles.com is not run by our group or by
Microsoft, so we're unable to address the problem directly. I think (don't
know for sure) that the site is run by Sean Liming, one of our MVPs. If he
doesn't, he should hopefully know who to contact. I'll forward your message
to him to see if we can help get this resolved.

Okay, turns out the primary contributor to that site is Brad Combs. I'll
see if we can get in touch with him.

Re: XPE Files - unable to join.
Thanks Matt!

I posted here because I was unable to figure out how to notify
XPEfiles directly, and I figured Brad would see it here just as soon
as anywhere....

Also, I did try on several browser/OS combinations...
* IE 6 on XP Pro
* IE 7 on Vista
* Firefox 2 on Vista
* Safari on Vista...

Also confirming that I got in...
Brad responded a day or two ago, and I finally got around to logging
in, so I am up and running. Thanks Brad!
