Windows Services dependencies on XPE: where are them?!?...

My question is about the dependencies of Windows services. I would
like to follow the microsoft article

http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=k...3888&x=16&y=11

but it seems doesn't work. Then if I open the properties of a windows
service, I have a dialog with only 3 tabs on XPE ("General", "Log On",
"Recovery"), while on a normal XP Professional installation I have 4
tabs (("General", "Log On", "Recovery", "Dependendencies").

Is there some XPE Target designer components to have the
"Dependencies" management for Windows Services?

Best regards,
