WSUS Updates Failed to Download Error message 0X80244019

I am installing a virtual server windows 2003 to run WSUS, I installed
version 3 sp1 and I can see all the clients but can't download updated to
them, I received error message 0x80244019, also I am using port 80 but I am
using the server with other applications like Avaya Messaging Application,
