pounds.

Re: size of RAM
Depends on what type memory your computer supports, but I don't know of any
DDR2 modules larger than 4GB.

As far as workstation memory goes, this is the highest capacity module I
have seen:

Yeah, I knew that.

Just in case you're wondering why I've been having fun at your
expense: the answer to your question is ENTIRELY DEPENDENT upon your
computer's hardware.

You provided absolutely NO info on that, yet you expected to somehow
get an answer that would be helpful to you....

Which is impossible.

Re: size of RAM

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAM

refer to your manual or your
computers homesite to get
the details of how much and
what kind of ram your computer
is designed to handle.

just a word of advice, unless
you have specialty software
installed on your computer,
you may not need more that
1 gig of ram, which can be
comprised with a single module
or 2 modules of 512 megs.

99 percent of the software
on the market is designed for
regular folks and regular computers
with a typical 512 megs of ram.

There was a computer back in the '70s that had one terabyte of RAM (ILLIAC
IV). I'm sure things have gotten bigger since, maybe up to 1.5 Terabytes.
