Re: Delay Launching With Shortcut Keys

Dah! This happens to me all the time!! Can't figure out why. Very
annoying.

I have a Dell Insp8200 but no printer (or related drivers). I thought
it was an XP issue but it sounds like it might be related to some
random process(es).

Any hints/tips to track it down? Thanks!
