A third party application that can help you is something called Unlock
Administrator.
http://www.e-motional.com/ULAdmin.htm
With this program you can allow more than just the current user to unlock
the screensaver. The extra users do not have to be administrators. Any
user (domain or local) with a valid password can be allowed to unlock the
screensaver using their own password.
Hope this helps.
