Window sizing
When using banking and other programs that pop up a screen with additional
information on top of the main screen like a calendar I can see approximately
one-half of the information. The resize button is grayed out and there are
no scroll bars anywhere on the added popup. How do I change this? I am
running Windows XP Professional. I use Firefox to access the bank site. I
can't seem to find anywhere in their information or in Microsoft's
information an answer for this problem.

Can someone please help?

If this is in the wrong area I ask your forgiveness, but I need a place to
start.

Thanks

Re: Window sizing
it is unclear if this is
an issue related to
the browser.

personally, i wouldn't
trust my banking info
on any browser other
than microsoft's
internet explorer.

my suggestion is to
download the i.e.
directly from microsoft.com
and not any other site

then see if the i.e.
provides better control
and display of your
windows.

there is not doubt that
i.e. will provide better
security for such sensitive
data.

Does the Pop-up is part of the process of accessing the banking and viewing
details or it doesn't belong to the bank site info?.

You can Hold you Mouse or hover your mouse on the Window edges and resize
the window to fit the screen, do that in all direction (up, left, right,
bottom) of the window till you get the desired size.
HTH.

Try this:

Press the Ctrl key as you Scroll the mouse wheel. That might resize the
text so it all fits. Also try Ctrl/+ or Ctrl/-.
