PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS DUMB THING

I have had so much trouble with Dell, first i kept getting a blue screen and
to save my docuents they made me pay 150 dollars, then after that, a couple
weeks later i needed to print something and my printer spooler service is
stopped or missing now. They want to charge me another 150 dollars to fix it
because i didnt call within two days...do any of you know how to fix my
problem, im a poor college student who desperately needs my printer to work.

Your school has a computer club. Offer a geek 20% of what you say
you paid someone or other (Dell?) to save your "docuents"[sic]. You
will be out $30 if your offer is accepted, and will help a deserving student
