email messages

I recently changed to Gmail (Outlook 2003) and now many of my emails
say I am viewing them in Internet Zone - what on earth is this? Is
there something I can do to change it so that my emails arrive in the
"normal" way?

Can you read them? Do they LOOK "normal"??
