Getting Outlook to start automatically on a reboot

I know this must be very simple, but I cannot figure out how to make Outlook
start automatically on a reboot?

Place a shortcut in the startup folder.

Click "Start", "Programs", and using the right hand mouse button Drag
and drop the Outlook Icon from Microsoft Office to Startup, when you
release the button, pick "Copy".
