Problem with content of several audio(mp3) folder

In creating partion process with Partion Magic 7.0 and after all i became to
have problem playing the exact content of ich folder.
Ex: in my folderA i have the music of folderB or C or D...
But not all folder have this problem just one grupe of them.

How can i resolve this problem.
It's possible to download utilities or not.
