Security update for Windows XP (KB951376)

I am having trouble with windows updates. It tries to install the update,
but then it gives the message that it was not installed.

I recently reinstalled XP home on an old e-machines. I set up automatic
updates, but it still does not install.

Other updates have gone fine. Is there something special about this one?

Updates are not installed successfully from Windows Update, from Microsoft
Update, or by using Automatic Updates after you repair a Windows XP
installation:

NB: Also applies to clean installs, upgrade installs, and Recovery installs.
