Unable to uninsall progran in add or remove programs

Can anyone help i am unable uninsall a program in add remove programs, is
there a utility to remove programs?

What program are you trying to uninstall?

Locate the program to be uninstalled, click the program. The program text
should then 'highlight' and a 'Change/Remove' button or 'Change' button
should show on the right-hand side of the panel. Click it and follow the
prompts.

Some programs may not display the above mentioned buttons. You will have to
go to the Program Folder and locate its Uninstall icon.
