What is difference?

What is difference when we want disable file sharing via Network
Connections -> Local Area Coonection -> Properties -> uncheck "File and
Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks" and via right click on Shared
Documents -> Properties > Sharing > uncheck "Share this folder on the
network"?

The items that will no longer be shared.

If you disable it on the network adapter or on the network connection
there will no no file and printer sharing available on that adapter or
connection. If you kill it on the Shared Documents that folder will not
be shared, but sharing may still be available and other folders might
still be shared.

If you go in the Services Management console (services.msc) and disable
the Server service there will be no File and Printer Sharing at all, the
service will be unavailable on any network connections or network
adapter, you will not be able to do any file sharing as long as the
Server service is disabled.

Although I unhecked "File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks" in
Local Area Coonection, I can print and browse other LAN computers without
problems. Is there better way quickly and handy disable network sharing?
probably via VBScripting? Is there some handy tools? Ms help is very vague
in that point.

You don't need the Server service to browse other computers, that is why
you can browse and use resources on other computers, but they can't
browse and use the resources on your computer unless the Server service
is running on *your* computer. If the other computers don't want you
browsing their computers or using their resources it is up to them to
lock down their computers.

If you are certain that the only share is the Shared Documents folder
then all that is needed is to remove the share on that folder, but the
safest and easiest way to make sure that there is no sharing is to
simply disable the Server service, then there is absolutely no doubt
that all sharing has been disabled on the machine.

You can stop it there and that will probably be sufficient for your
needs but if you want to go one step further and completely disable it
look for the Server service in the Services Management Console and
disable it there. To start the Services Management Console click on
Start | Run and enter SERVICES.MSC in the Run box.

I would disable both as there are hidden administrative shares
c$, d$, IPC$ etc.

This will have no impact on your ability to view network resources.
