The URL you give (
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/259837 ) indicates the
problem was fixed in SP2 for Windows 2000. I guess I wasn't clear, but I am
using Windows XP will all latest updates.
There are many posts on this issue, and I have read them, but none specific
to a simple copy.
Any other ideas?
