Task Manager dialog box truncated
I have a computer club member's Dell desktop computer that has the top
control buttons on the Task Manager dialog box truncated (missing). This
makes it impossible to select the tabs, and drop down menus. Can't close
without re-starting the computer.

Any clues?

It sounds as if you have Task Manager running in "Tiny
footprint mode". Double click the border to restore it to its original
appearance.

Why is part of my Task Manager gone?

Good luck

Double-click on the border of the dialog box to revert.

You're running in what's called "Small Footprint Mode." To change back
and forth from this mode to regular mode, just double-click on the
border.
