We had massive problems in the office with ZoneAlarm and KB951978
messing with each other. Half of the problem was knowing what users
might be affected, or if they hadn't been affected yet whether they
would be. I've been using Paglo to find the all users with ZoneAlarm
and also to check which machines haven't got the patch yet (https://
community.paglo.com/blog_topic/index/135-are-your-windows-machines-
patched-against-the-dns-cache-poisoning-vulnerability).

It might be time to give Zone the heave-ho.
