Clearing the RAM Buffer
How do I clear the RAM buffer, i.e., delete the data held in the buffer after
doing a copy (or cut) and paste?

You're talking about the clipboard. It holds cut or copied data until
something else is cut or copied. So to clear it out, just make a tiny
selection in a text editor or something, and copy that.

Run clipbrd.exe and choose delete on the edit menu.
