User Profiles

I need to move 25 workstations to a new domain but would like to copy their
domain/user profiles to the new doamin/user.. After changing domains, the
old domain profile is not listed so I can't copy it. What IS listed are 2
"Account Unknown" profiles--I suspect they are the old ones but I can't copy
them (greyed out). Should I use the wizard to copy the profile before
changing domains to a "holding" account or just manually copy. I think I
have seen a KB on doing it manually but can't find it now.
