User Name display error in Task Manger

In the task manager window under the Processse tab the User Name field is
empty for all processes except for the System Idle Process in which System is
displayed.
Can anyone tell me what has happened and how to rectify it? Thanks in advance.

What happens if you check the box before "Show processes from All Users"
in the lower left of the window?
