Help re Sisgrv display driver

“The sisgrv display driver has stopped working normally. Save your work and
reboot the system to restore full display functionality. The next time you
reboot the machine a dialog will be displayed giving you a chance to update
data about this failure to Microsoft� on your Windows XP computer.

rebooting did not display the notice for microsoft and I already have 3d
installed on computer but still can't play games, how do I update my driver &
how do I finsd it on my computer ?
