I have a similar question.
Can I have a bilingual switch between English and trad-Chinese for
free?
I don't like the "No" answer.
I also install MS Visual Studio 2008. For some reason I don't
remember, its user interface has changed to trad-chinese.
I'd like to also have a similar switch. I surf in MSDN and happily
find VS2008 has this switch, but it should be follow the language of
Window XP.
Thank you.
