Problem with SP3 --> msoobe doesn't work anymore, I can't reactiva

Hello everybody.

I've just installed the SP3 on my windows XP OEM (with SP2), but I have a
problem now : I have to reactivate my XP but when I launch the activation
software (msoobe), it doesn't work, I have a white window and I can't begin
the activation process.

Please help me, I can't format everything.
