Since SP3 - Windows Installer, taking ages!

I’m having problems with something called Windows Installer appearing and
taking longer and longer to install MSN Explorer on desktop as I have to
access my Hotmail accounts. Before SP3 download, MSN Explorer just opened,
but if I have to put up with this latest fiasco for much longer, I’ll b
forced to open accounts with Yahoo! Any ideas please?

1) MSM Explorer ? I'm not familiar with - it's an actual Browser isnt
it? as opposed to IExplorer ?
2) Windows Installer - isnt that an item coming from Windows Update ?
3) Have you got IExplorer 7? - couldnt you just go to www.hotmail.com
via that ?
4) then again maybe I'm way off on the wrong track~~

Ask for help/support from MSN and/or free help with SP3 issues from MS
support.
