technical problems

gi guys and gals , my updates fail to install, would anyone get back to me on
this problem

Try asking here:
microsoft.public.windowsupdate

When you ask there include the failure code.

Select, Start, Help and Support, Keep your Windows up- to-date with
Windows Update, Review your Update History and click on the Failed
Icon (if any) in the Status Column. What does it say?
