You can use a SysInternals program, AutoRuns to uncheck or
deselect any of the Startups and Watchdog apps that load/run
when the PC is first booted.

When the program loads look for your Blackberry watchdog
in the column marked "Publisher". Don't delete the entry simply
uncheck the box at the far left column for the entry.
