Permissions
Is there a way to prevent Windows XP users who have admin permissions from
accessing/changing system date and time settings. I know restricted users
will accomplish this goal but (for some stupid reasons) users must have
admin permissions.

How about restricting power users ability to change system date/time?

If you are in a commercial organisation, just TELL the users that they
can't HAVE "admin" accounts....

It's not what the users want. It's (lab) software requirements in order to
run properly. They don't support it if users don't have at least Power Users
permissions. If I'm not mistaken we can make some changes to prevent power
users from changing system date/time settings. This is what I'm looking for.
