Query

I have a Compaq Presario 1155 preloaded with Win XP SP2. I would like to
download and install SP3. When I go to Windows Update, after signing in
EULA, the download does NOT start. No ERROR msgs appear!
What is the reason & a solution?

Try the manual-download page:

If this still doesn't work it may be due to a popup-blocker or the like.

Why? Please state exactly why you need SP3?
