This will give you a visual on incoming and outgoing stuff. It can also
report daily, weekly and monthly totals, useful if your usage is capped by
the ISP
Also WinPatrol..

This utility allows you to mess with a few things, but its best use is to
report anything trying to install itself in Startup without you knowing..
