Quiting mskey keyboard tool?

I am having a problem with my Microsoft Wireless Laser Keyboard 6000 v2.0,
when I click on any key it does not show up on my computer, Microsoft's
solution is to quit the mskey keyboard tool but they don't explain how to do
that. Instead if I want to e-mail them they want $35.00 dollars well they
are rich enough they should provide e-mail suopport for free, anyone have a
solution?
