"Windows could not load the installer for volume" connecting USB D
When I connect a USB drive I get "Windows could not load the installer for
volume" and the installation fails. I have one drive installed fine, this is
a second. I tried a few things I found online and it didn't help so I sent
the drive back and ordered a different kind (Vox 250GB USB 2.0 and Sata).
I'm getting the same thing with this one so its not the drive, its the OS.
Please Help!
