Caps lock

Caps lock
When I select my caps lock key, the start menu come up.
Does any one know how to fix this?

Does this happen if you use a different keyboard? Do you have any hotkey
software running?

The keyboard was changed and it still happens. There is no hot key software
running on the computer.

If you are quite sure there is no hotkey software running - you don't have
an OEM machine that came with the OS and OEM software preinstalled, like an
HP - then the only other thing I can suggest is looking in Accessibility
Options to see if anything is set there.

The First Question of Troubleshooting - what changed between the time things
worked and the time they didn't?
