Keyboard error message

I'm trying to load primavera project planner 3.1
The following error message appears :-
NVTDM KERNEL - missing 16 bit system module

Please re-install the following module to your system32 directory
KEYBOARD.DRV

XP came preloaded on this PC so I dont have a disk

Advice on what I need to do next please
