Reloaded XP and had to recover files

I thought that my system had become corrupted so I reloaded XP. This of
course overwrote all files. I was able to recover the files, but they are
now divided into clusters. 1 doc. may be in 10 different parts. Does anyone
know of a program that I can use to "connect" the clusters back in to the
original documents and music files? Thanks--
