minimize/maximum button

I can't see the minimize/maximize button at the top right-hand side of the
screen. How can I fix this? Thanks for the help.

You are set to maximize, and the video monitor settings are too high, top to
bottom. The monitor has a utility to squeeze the display down to what you
need to see the whole window. Look for physical buttons on the monitor to
change that.
