IPNATHLP on Event Viewer

My system has been crashing lately and IPNATHLP shows on my event
viewer. I'm using WinXP and don't use Internet Sharing - but can't
find how to shut it off. I've checked Google but the one posting that
could have been helpful wasn't. I have a wired network in the house.
Please tell me how to correct this problem (and what causes it if
possible). Thanks.........
