STOP: 0x00000050 (0x9DFACFF, 0x00000000, 0xBF8011F6, 0x00000000)
Is there information on this line?
Go to Start, Control Panel, Folder Options, View, Advanced Settings
and verify that the box before "Show hidden files and folders" is
checked and "Hide protected operating system files " is unchecked. You
may need to scroll down to see the second item. You should also make
certain that the box before "Hide extensions for known file types" is
not checked. Next in Windows Explorer make sure View, Details is
selected and then select View, Choose Details and check before Name,
Type, Total Size, and Free Space.
Can you locate a memory dump?
Click Start, and then click Search.
Click All files and folders.
In the All or part of the file name box, type *.dmp.
In the Look in box, click the drive that contains your Windows folder.
If you have configured Windows to write debugging information to a
different drive, click this drive instead of your Windows drive.
Click More advanced options, and then make sure that the Search system
folders check box is selected.
Click Search.
Windows searches your drive for all .dmp files.
Note A .dmp file is typically saved as Memory.dmp in your Windows
folder. If you have configured Windows to write debugging information to
a different file name, adjust the file name in the steps that follow
accordingly.
You may find the degree of difficulty for my next suggestion too much
You
can use a Kernel Debugger to examine the Dump Report.
If you succeed in running the debugger post a copy of the Report and
obtain a stack trace.
Install Debugging Tools for Windows 32-bit Version
