just upgraded to vista ultimate having display problems

i just upgraded from xp pro to vista ultimate now all my displays are huge i
cant change the resolution it wont let me a friend told me i needed to
upgrade my graphics driver it said on xp i had intel 82815 graphics controler
now its diffrent i cant even find that any where wher and what driver do i
need to get to make it work right i have a dell gx150 optiplex please
help!!!!

Go to the Dell support site, enter your machine type in the search and look
for the download of the driver for your system's Display Adapter.
Support.Dell.Com: http://support.dell.com/support/index.aspx?c=us&l=en

(It's possible there is no vista driver for your display.)

Before you upgraded , did you make sure your system was/is compatable
