SP updates
I keep doing the update for SP2 (KB936181) and it shows it accepts. Within
15 seconds of accepting it shows I need to update the same thing again.

Try this:

Run Win Updates and use [Custom] mode

When the name of the update is listed, use [+] to expand the
description.

At the end of the description is "...details" link, click that.

A pop-up dialog will open, at the bottom will be a link to the actual
KB article, click that.

In the article will be links to download the update (may have to go
through several other links), just make sure to choose the update for
your version of Windows.

When you download, SAVE the file to your download folder.

Close Win Updates without doing the update, then run the saved update
file.
