Unable to log on to add on chat.

I have been trying to log on to add on chat. I get the message: error
connecting to server,please try again. Their suppot suggested emptying
temporary internet files from browser,and maybe a firewall problem. Empyed
file and dropped firewall, no Joy! Any suggestions?

Trying to log into address:http://client11.addonchat.com/sc.php?id=273968. I
am using Windows XP sp2,internet Explorer,and AVG anti-virus. Have latest
Java software downloads,enabled. Get same message everytime:error connecting
to server,try again in few minutes,.
