User accounts helps

how do you log on with administrative rights. because i can't install
silverlight due to my inability to log on as an administrator with
administrative privileges. Can someone please tell me how to become an
administrator and have those rights. Thanks.

I don`t use it , but I`ve read there are problems with it .
