It's likely the 'RPC' service is not starting. Start/run, type:
services.msc
If you can, set it to 'Automatic'
I doubt this is your only problem, however. I would guess you have installed
some driver that is hitting your services. (probably that print driver) I
suggest a look at Event Viewer to get some info on that.
