Trying to find out if this Windows Live OneCare scans emails comming in or
out.

E-mail scanning has no beneficial use, it is incapable of functioning
usefully. In fact most experts believe that scanning incoming and outgoing
mail causes e-mail file corruption.

When I close a web page. My computer crashes and restarts. I recieve this
[problem event name - start up repair v12] WERCWevent- Problem signature -
01...iexplore.exe....02...7.0.6000.16643--03
....47bce160....04...24--OS Verison--6.0000.2.0.0.768.3...Locale ID
1033.....Bucket ID 201341501....Thanks for your help
