Cannot re-install Video camera
I have a JVC GR-DX307 DV video camera, that I use with my laptop with XP SP2.
The editing program no longer 'sees' the camera. When I view the device
manager I get the message. No drivers installer for the device.
When I try to reload the drivers I get the message' The class installer has
denied the request to install or upgarde this device'. I have view all of the
threads that appear relevant, but none show this particular problem. Can
anyone help?

Re: Cannot re-install Video camera
If it's listed in Device Manager, the Driver tab should give you the option
to 'roll back driver'

Re: Cannot re-install Video camera
Thanks Mark.
I only get the device listed in the device drivers when it is plugged in. It
does not show any 'roll-back' facility. There is obviously a problem with the
client installer, but there is no info on the tech-net on how to address this.
